Read the complete 17-character VIN from the vehicle and check it carefully. No request file is needed for this service.
Enter the VIN (and your email if ordering as a guest), review the details and proceed to payment when ordering is available.
Download the SFA Repair file from the completed order. Guests use their order page and saved recovery code; signed-in customers can find it in their account.
Import the repair file in the appropriate E-Sys SFA workflow for that vehicle. Check the resulting SFA state. The file restores factory activation data; available functions depend on the original vehicle configuration.

Can I use this service without an account?+
Yes. Enter your email and save the order number and recovery code shown before payment. You can open the protected order page to check progress and download the result. With an account, your orders also appear in your dashboard.
What if my request is incorrect?+
Basic checks cover the file format, readable content, detected VIN and required fields. They do not confirm that every ECU will accept the result. Correct any error shown before payment. If a paid order fails, contact support with its number for review; do not submit duplicate paid requests.
