Prepare the complete 17-character VIN of the vehicle whose original factory configuration you need. No upload is required.
Enter the VIN (and your email if ordering as a guest), review the details and proceed to payment when ordering is available.
Download the original FA XML from the completed order. Guests should save their order number and recovery code.
Open the FA in E-Sys to review the factory Vehicle Order. Check it before using it in your repair or coding workflow; retrieving the file does not write anything to the vehicle.
