How to use this service
From preparing your data to using the result in E-Sys.
Prepare the full 17-character VIN of the vehicle receiving the repair certificates. Check the target ECU and the certificates required for your repair.
Enter the VIN (and your email if ordering as a guest), review the details and pay when ordering is available. This form requires the full VIN, even if other tools accept the last seven characters.
Download and unpack the factory FSC certificate archive from the completed order. Keep the order number and recovery code for guest access.
Import the certificates required by the target ECU using the appropriate repair procedure in your diagnostic software. Check certificate acceptance and the restored functions afterwards.

What if my request is incorrect?+
Basic checks cover the file format, readable content, detected VIN and required fields. They do not confirm that every ECU will accept the result. Correct any error shown before payment. If a paid order fails, contact support with its number for review; do not submit duplicate paid requests.
